Cart++ Free Shipping Bar

When consumers visit your site the first time, they will know how much money they spend before they get free shipping. When some items were added to the cart, the money they still need to spend to get free shipping will be updated right now on the top free shipping bar. When they reached the goal, the top bar will display the message, which will tell the consumer they have got the free shipping.
